Flexible Spending in 2008

If you were employed at QSAC on January 1, 2006 and work in an OMRDD program, you will receive $325 to use toward 2008 medical expenses. If you were also employed at QSAC on January 1, 2007 and work in an OMRDD program, you will receive an additional $425 to use toward 2008 medical expenses.

Therefore, you may receive $325, $425, or $750 depending on your date of hire.

In February, you will receive a plastic card to use for eligible purchases if we have your e-mail address on file. If you spend money on an eligible medical expense before receiving the card, you can fill out the linked form and fax it with your receipts to BRI at 585-427-9320 to be reimbursed. The form is available at:

If we don't have an email address for you, you must use the paper forms. Reimbursement for previous year’s expenses may still be reimbursable, contact aguevara@qsac.com
