Within the last couple of years Ruelinda has grown within her field of practice. She has acquired and developed her skills and knowledge as a Behavior Evaluator. She serves her consumers with respect and efficiency. She has shown great leadership qualities during a time when things were chaotic and we were short staffed. Ruelinda stands out amongst her peers and has become a role model for her colleagues. She does not relent when things become overwhelming she perseveres for the overall benefit of the department and the consumers that we serve. She shows dedication and loyalty to her families as well as QSAC.
