ChiropractorThere was a mistake in our health insurance brochure regarding our co-pay for chiropractic care. The co-pay should be $15/visit not $30/visit.

If you would like a letter to this effect for your chiropractor, contact Jason Schmidt at jschmidt@qsac.com and he will mail one to you.

PillWITH QSAC INSURANCE, IT PAYS TO BUY Generic Medication

Generic versions of name brand medications ($25 copays with QSAC health insurance) are available in generic form for a lot less ($5 copay with QSAC health insurance).

Name Brand Drugs: Humatrope, Nexium, Lupron Depot, Actos, Doryx, Accu-chek, Wellbutrin, Evoclin, Lidoderm, Duac, Tricor, Clindagel, Norvasc.

Both of these methods are confidential as he is more concerned about what is being said rather than who is saying it. If you require a response, you would need to include your contact information. When there is a question that pertains to everyone, it may appear in the Talk to Ed column in the Q-View.
