Anita Smith Scholarship Applications
Every year, QSAC awards a $1000 grant to a deserving college student in memory of Anita Smith, a former employee of QSAC who dreamed of becoming a teacher of children with autism.

To keep Anita’s dream alive, QSAC created the Anita Smith Memorial Scholarship Fund. If you or someone you know is working with children with autism and currently attending college, apply for the scholarship by Friday November 2^nd!

Residential Department Changes

The QSAC Residential Department has been divided into two regions. Region 1 includes the ICF, IRA 2,3,4 and 10 (IRA 10/Valley Stream will open in the Spring, 2008).

The Director of Region 1 is Sue Davis and the Asst. The Director is Victoria Doomes.

Region 2 includes IRA 1,5,6,7,8 and 9. The Director is Rosalind Artis and the Asst. Director position is open and will soon be filled.

Congratulations to Victoria and Rosalind!
